Ladies and gentlemen, start your appetites. Matt and I will have the restaurant open for business starting tomorrow. 3900 Tulane in the Mid Town Hotel, name's Champion's. We hope to be serving by noon or just after and will continue until about 11 p.m. or so. We won't be able to deliver for a few more days and will be accepting cash only for a little while. More updates to come. Stay tuned. :)

We had our first few KOCC-stomers yesterday. Thanks to all of you. We'll be delivering tomorrow after the phone's get turned on or if you have Matt's or my cell you call us for delivery. Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta is the special today f.y.i. See yall soon.

Thanks so much to our KOCC brothers and sisters that stopped by today. That's what family is for. I love you all.

Tomorrow's special will be Meatballs and Spaghetti. I'll stop spamming the boards after tonight because I'll be making a facebook page tonight with all necessary info. Let the invites begin! We'll be starting deliveries tomorrow afternoon in the mid city area. :D
